- to cancel/or move a clean we need minimum 24 hours’ notice and we need to received notice between Monday and Friday before 5pm or you will still be charged for the cancelled clean.
- if you move the time of a clean (less than 24 hours’ notice) the cleaner will still turn up at the arranged time and you will need to pay for additional time she goes over the booked slot.
