    • You will be notified if your Cleaner is running late, ill or going on holiday.
    • Your clean can be moved or cancelled if requested . (Note: 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel/move your clean or you will still be charged).
    • You can increase and decrease your hours to suit your needs (minimum requirement of 2 or 3 hours on each visit depending on location).

    • Cleaners are paid above the minimum wage as we believe in a fair price should be paid for the physical work that they do.
    • As a result of this, we generally do not have a high turnover of Cleaners.
    • As a general rule we can guarantee consistency with your Cleaner and cleans,
    • Meet your Cleaner before they start working for you to ensure you are happy with them coming to your home or office.
    • Our cleaners have a variety of Clients they work for from the Young, middle-aged, elderly to people with disabilities.
    • They will work according to your specific instructions, taking on all your household chores, leaving you with time for the important things in life.
  • Our services' are not cast in stone, we offer a flexible cleaning service to suit you and your needs.

    By using our Doemstic Cleaning 4U, you have the benefit of knowing:-

    • Your Cleaner is FULLY VETTED.
    • We have Public Liability Insurance of up to £1,000,000.
    • You have the option of having a replacement Cleaner if yours is unavailable.
    • You will have the same Cleaner, day and time on each visit.
    • You will receive full agency support in terms of resolving any complaints, replacement cleaners or claims.
    • You will have the comfort of knowing that your home is being cleaned using your cleaning materials.
    • Cleaners are experienced or in-house trained with ongoing training.
    • Our Cleaners are all Risk Assessed and we have policies and procedures in place to protect you and them.
    • We have a dedicated Customer Care Assistant and Inspection Assistants.
  • Our phone lines are open from 9.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. You can contact us by text or email late at night to give us any information or to cancel if you have an emergency.
